The staff were excellent, efficient, welcoming and not just those at reception.
Requests were dealt with immediately.
The view was spectacular.
And the bed was huge and really comfortable.
The parking was good.
The hotel did not exceed my expectations because, having read previous comments, I had expected excellence and that is what we got.

The very best of the best is the location - from the terrace you can see the whole Ragusa old town. The view, mainly in the night is stunning. You can sit on the big terrace, taste the local wine and enjoy Ragusa from the top ... unforgettable.
If you are lucky, you can find a parking spot in the neighbourhood.
The host was really perfect and helpful.
Our room was located on the highest floor, it was a little bit smaller, but sufficient, clean a equipped with AC and fridge. Breakfast has been brought directly to the room, just another reason to stay outside, on the terrace. We loved it.
