The accommodation was absolutely amazing! Everything was clean and cozy. Every morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast - always fresh, with lots of delicious pastries. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful and willing to help with anything. We felt really welcome here and would love to come back here someday. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a 2-room appartment with 4 kids and 2 adults, and everyone was feeling comfortable.
Kitchen had all necessary utensils, big table, a TV and a comfy sofa. As my son has asthma, it was important for us that the pillows were hypoallergenic, which they were. They also provide a bunch of towels for each guest.
You can rent a bike with a child seat for free from them.
The staff was friendly and willingly reacted to all our requests.
The residence is situated in a close proximity to the sea (3mins of walk) and the neighborhood is really nice.
They provide a discount for an affiliate beach (2 beds and umbrella will cost you €13,75 per day. 1 bed around €5).
I would return here once again and would definitely recommend Verbena residence to everyone.

There is an elevator, the owner is always in touch — a very responsive and pleasant person.
The mattress is comfortable, everything is clean and neat!

I really liked the area — lots of cafés, entertainment, and a small supermarket nearby.
Everything on the beach is well organized.
For me, this place is definitely better than the center of Rimini!

Friendly staff. Well maintained room despite the furniture being slightly dated and some awkward corners in the room. Restaurant was pretty and the physical room keys were a nice retro-touch. Shower was spacious by Italian standards (ie normal by US/UK standards).

Hotel Palazzo Caveja completely charmed us! Not only was the accommodation comfortable and clean, but we especially want to praise the restaurant staff. Ms. Sandra and her team were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile and making sure we felt at home. They were also very kind to our two-year-old son—always talking to him, smiling at him, and doing everything to make him feel comfortable. The food was excellent, always fresh and tasty, and thanks to the friendly service, we truly enjoyed every breakfast and dinner. The restaurant team creates a welcoming atmosphere that adds even more charm to the hotel stay. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!
