Valentina was a great host and the accommodation was very nice, modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the location was well connected to the city center by both metro and bus. Additionally, the host Valentina was very helpful, she let us check-in in the morning and kept our backpacks for us on the last day.

Loved the AP royal. Very modern well done comfortable suite. Great area, short easy walk to public transit to places like the coluseum, easy walking distance to pams grocery store and shopping. Breakfast was spot on with fresh fruit and pastries. Highly recommend!!

We picked the guest house based on its location. It is very close to the city centre both on foot (20 minutes from Colosseo) or by public transport. The area is safe and organised, close to shops and fast food restaurants and a nice park to enjoy nature. The place itself is nicely decorated in a very unique and fine taste just like in a boutique hotel. We especially fancied the wallpaper and the built-in shower. The bed and the cushions were surprisingly comfortable. Last, but not least, the host, Camilla is extremely hospitable, friendly, helpful and we even got a small gift to remind us of our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot to stay while enjoying the bustling city of Rome.

Great location 5 minutes to a metro station, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Room was relatively clean and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. One member of front desk staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
