Laidna is such an amazing host. She really makes you feel welcome and is there for you with anything you need. The room was spotless and super clean. You can choose when would you like to have breakfast (from 7.30 to 10) and you can even change it. The location is a bit out of the center but both the bus station and metro are 2minute walk away so it makes it really easy to get to the main attractions. The location is quiet and there is no noise at night, I had the best sleep.

The room is in a nice, quiet area close to the metro, and just a short drive from the city center. It was very clean, well-furnished, and recently renovated, with everything you could need. I’d especially like to thank Valentina, who was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, and the coffee was fantastic. Valentina was always available and even helped arrange our airport transfer. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome.

We were very satisfied with our stay – everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail, from the welcome setup to the lovely decor. They even provided a clothes steamer and conditioner, which was a pleasant surprise! The metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy and quick to reach the city center. For breakfast, we enjoyed delicious coffee and croissants at a nearby café. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we definitely recommend this accommodation!

Hello! My sister and I were spending a few nights in Rome and I can safely say we could not have been accomodated better. The first thing I have to point out is the location. The colosseum is only half an hour on foot and the metro station that connects you to all of the other parts of the town not even 5 minutes on foot. The second thing is that room was so spacious and so nice. You also have a living room and a kitchen that are available for all the house guests. The whole house has a really cool vibe and is so nicely decorated. The facility was very clean with the cleaning lady who does the soft cleaning every day. But the best part about this house has to be the host. We are very thankful to Emanuela and Stefano who made this stay that much more enjoyable. A moth before our stay they contacted me wanting to inform me about the best ways to get to the hotel from the airport and asking me some general information. On the day of our check in they send us a very detailed instructions about how to get into our room. They respond to text messages right away when you need them. Our last day we had a problem getting to the airport because the metros were not working due to a strike but Emanuela immediately helped us calling the train station asking about the information and finding us the best route possible. We are very happy we chose this house and we only have nice things to say about it.10/10 would recommend.

We picked the guest house based on its location. It is very close to the city centre both on foot (20 minutes from Colosseo) or by public transport. The area is safe and organised, close to shops and fast food restaurants and a nice park to enjoy nature. The place itself is nicely decorated in a very unique and fine taste just like in a boutique hotel. We especially fancied the wallpaper and the built-in shower. The bed and the cushions were surprisingly comfortable. Last, but not least, the host, Camilla is extremely hospitable, friendly, helpful and we even got a small gift to remind us of our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot to stay while enjoying the bustling city of Rome.
