First of all the location is excellent close to major attractions ! The staff was welcoming and the room was very clean and beautiful . We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

Everything is new, each room is spacious, well-lit, and well-furnished. Overall, this is a great place to stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the air quality in the room is excellent thanks to a well-maintained AC system. ​Toiletries include both bar and liquid soap, though I personally prefer the solid option. ​The breakfast buffet is always stocked with the freshest items, I genuinely couldn't find anything I didn't like.. Additionally, you can request freshly pressed orange juice and other made-to-order kitchen items, which, while an extra charge, are absolutely worth it. ​I truly felt like I found a home away from home and hope to come back soon. Special thanks to the personnel, the nicest people even with someone as demanding and insufferable as me.

The instructions for the self-checkin were very clear. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a well-equipped, modern kitchen. The 716 bus that takes you to the centre of Rome stops right at the front door of the apartment building.

The apartment was spacious, clean, in very good condition and we had everything we needed. It was very conveniently located near a bus station, a nice Caffè and a supermarket. Also the communication with the owner was fantastic! Liana was a superstar, she patiently and promptly answered all my questions/queries and helped me a lot from recommendations to booking us a restaurant for a special lunch.

The property was clearly newly renovated and kept very clean and tidy! There was everything imaginable you would need, in fact, Luisa also left out ample snacks and extra things such as guides, a totebag, a charger, loads of small details that shows her and the property going above and beyond. I felt like I was at home, truly! 5/5 would definitely recommend and I will be booking again for my next trip! Also already recommended to friends and colleagues who want to visit Rome :)

Place was clean and perfect. All amenities as described were there and even more. The vuew is great. Hosts were amazing, regular check ins to see if everything was ok.

Damiano was the prefect host. Within minutes of arriving at the apartment door he was there to welcome us. He showed us around the apartment and told us everything that we needed to know. Lovely to have air conditioning in the bedrooms after long days exploring Rome. The apartment was located in a residential area with the use of a traditional Italian cafe for breakfast, we are missing the amazing coffee and cornettos! Location was great for public transport into the centre of Rome.
