30 minutes from the city centre by bus, very quiet area with a garden view, nice personal. The owner Gian Luca is very nice and helpful. There is a balcony in the kitchen with a nice view to have breakfast at.

Everything was very clean, bed is very comfortable even for myslef and I suffer from back pain. Breakfast is very good value for money, initially I didn’t take it included in the price but after I tried it first morning I was there each next one. Special mention for one of the receptionists-Jerry! Everyone else was ok and polite but he was something else, makes you feel welcome right away.
