The location is superb, only a few minutes from Piazza del Popolo with a river view. It's an apartment on the top floor of a beautiful building. The design is pleasant and simple with cool details like old rugs and furniture pieces. The rooms are bright with big windows. Our room had access to a large terrace (shared with another room) overlooking Tevere. Everything is new and of decent quality. The host, Edoardo, is charming and responsive.

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped for the price. The host is kind and always quick to respond with helpful instructions or anything you may need. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Rome’s historic center and very close to the Vatican, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. It feels like the best of both worlds: central and convenient, but peaceful at the same time. The apartment has everything you could need: air conditioning, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a super comfortable mattress, and a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower. Public transport is also very convenient, with several bus routes stopping right in front of the property, connecting you to the metro, the airport, and different parts of the city. If I return to Rome, I would definitely hope to stay here again.

The hotel is perfect - very stylish boutique hotel! It was like the very Italian style hotel from the romantic movies. We liked very much the elegant way of serving the breakfast - it was like a therapy with this gentle music as a background. The location is great in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, and very short distance to our favourite Spanish Steps. We highly recommend and definitely will stay here again on our next visit in Rome!
