A beautiful, clean appartament with plenty of natural light. The air conditioner was fantastic as it was around 40°C outside. There were lots of hygiene products and towels made available, along with free water in the fridge and a tea and coffee station. It's very close to the main sights, all walkable. We chose this guesthouse as it was within walking distance from the stadium, where we were for a concert. It's about a 40-minute stroll, 30 if you are walking at a normal pace. There are several eateries nearby, and the nearest metro is Flaminia, which is also about 10 minutes away. The instructions to enter the property and the room were very clear and easy to follow.

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable the bed was firm and really helped me feel rested after a long day of being on my feet. The design of the room is thoughtful also with electronic shutters for the window, plug sockets beside the bed and great light switches! Loads of space and storage. You’re also able to lock the room for security. The shower has great water pressure and I was able to feel refreshed every day. Free coffee and tea was also hugely appreciated. Additionally I loved operating the older style elevator to get in and out of the guesthouse everyday. The space and cleanliness is better than some of the hotels nearby! Hugely thankful for Paolo for arranging a last minute late check-in due to flight delays also. If you’re okay with walking this is also a good location to explore Rome by foot and lots of connections with trams and buses too. Lots of lovely local restaurants and cafes in the area. Very kind and friendly folks in the surrounding businesses. I loved picking up some Italian and trying to order food but everyone was very kind and accommodating when I had to use English.

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. It was very quiet and within a walking distance to the city center. The owner was very helpful with everything we asked. We also forgot something in the apartment and he arranged to return it to us with courrier. Thank you Roberto!

The location is superb, only a few minutes from Piazza del Popolo with a river view. It's an apartment on the top floor of a beautiful building. The design is pleasant and simple with cool details like old rugs and furniture pieces. The rooms are bright with big windows. Our room had access to a large terrace (shared with another room) overlooking Tevere. Everything is new and of decent quality. The host, Edoardo, is charming and responsive.
