Everything was perfect. Exceptional cleanliness, good food, but the best of all were people. Jacop, Ilaria and Francesca at the reception did everything they could to help us when we lost our luggage at the airport. Numerous phone calls made by Jacop, warm advice wards said by the ladies. The kitchen and the restaurant people, whose names I unfortunately don't know, helped me to order gluten-free dishes. Thank you.
Thanks everyone.
I recommend this hotel. I recommend it strongly.

The welcome by the host, our room, the facilities and location were all excellent.
The cleanliness of the room and our en-suite bathroom was exceptional.
It was great to be able to make a coffee in the apartment's kitchen whenever we wanted: there is a coffee machine with capsules supplied. The breakfast option described in the accommodation's details isn't available, but that wasn't a problem as there is a Carrefour supermarket one street down from which we bought what we wanted for the morning (and saved money doing so).
We found a good priced restaurant just around the corner (Il Vignola) that was buzzing on a Tuesday night and in fact we only just manged to get a table, where I had the best pizza I have ever had. If you walk past earlier in the evening checking out dinner options and the waiter asks if you want to go inside and book a table for later, don't think he is being pushy as I did! He knew, we didn't, that the place gets booked out.
We had a great stay.

This is such a lovely place to spend a trip to Rome in! The rooms are part of an apartment in a old, charming building in a quaint neighborhood. The terrace is really spectacular, we enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings there, admiring the view. The location is great: close to Vila Borghese, within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and very well connected to all sorts of public transportation. The owner is just adorable: a very hospitable, charming lady. She put in the effort to find me gluten free treats for breakfast, which was incredibly kind of her.

This apartment is amazing. You can see that all of the apartment is newly furnished. During high temperatures in Rome it is great that every room has an AC. The owner is in contact during the stay and can solve any issues. My friend left a linen dress at the apartment after check-out and our friend who lives in Rome was able to come pick it up. Thank you for the amazing stay. As for the location it has several bus stops nearby, the unreliability of the buses is just Rome thing, so be prepared for that basically anywhere in Rome. :) But there are still good connections to the city centre.
