A beautiful, clean appartament with plenty of natural light. The air conditioner was fantastic as it was around 40°C outside. There were lots of hygiene products and towels made available, along with free water in the fridge and a tea and coffee station. It's very close to the main sights, all walkable. We chose this guesthouse as it was within walking distance from the stadium, where we were for a concert. It's about a 40-minute stroll, 30 if you are walking at a normal pace. There are several eateries nearby, and the nearest metro is Flaminia, which is also about 10 minutes away. The instructions to enter the property and the room were very clear and easy to follow.

The rooms were great in size and had a tv each. The owner was super kind and left a gorgeous platter for us to have breakfast.

The host was always available and responded quickly to everything. The house was in a great location, close to everything. There was a Carrefour and several cafes just across the street. The space is not very big, but it was completely sufficient for us—two adults and three children.

Perfect location for our visit to Rome.☺️ The apartment was well equipped, spacious, had both a really good bed and a good pressure shower (I have a lot of hair, so this is important) Very happy for the coffee maker (and a little coffee that was already there) The living room was also very nice and on the TV we had possibility to log into our own accounts on different streaming platforms (the apartment has his own Netflix account) Only 5-7min to Piazza del populous, then not more than 10-15 (if you don’t get lost shopping) to the Spanish Steps. We are already talking about coming back to this apartment☺️ Highly recommend. Great communication with the owners, easy to get in touch with if we had any questions👌🏻
