The location was REALLY good. It is in the center directly. Really easy to go everywhere from the hotel. The receptionist was really nice, kind and helpful person. I asked them recommendations for restaurants and they send them all via WhatsApp. Check in was really easy. View of the room was amazing. Also it was in a maximum cleanness. On the day of my check out, I was feeling sick and needed more time at the room. Receptionist was really kind enough to give me the time I needed, even though another guest was going to come after me.

Everything! The room was stunning, gorgeous bathroom, fantastic location. Every little detail was considered, right down to the wireless phone chargers. Lovely to have a nespresso coffee machine too. The staff were also very helpful and kind. This was our favourite place we stayed in Italy.
