Close to the Metro station, (easy and inexpensive to reach touristic places of Rome) And the personal was very polite explaining all the services included. They gave me tips and directions of how to enjoy my visit of touristic places. Thanks Antonio and Davide for such a great time. There are a few restaurants and bars around, and the location in general looks safe.

Convenient location, there is a bus stop and metro nearby. Indoor parking. Friendly and helpful staff. The kettle in the room did not work, but the staff quickly replaced everything.

Fantastic location- really convenient for metro with lots of supermarkets and places to eat/drink around. The host was absolutely amazing, so helpful and responsive. Helped with any queries and made it really easy to check in and find the place. Whilst we were there he was always on hand to message and the cleaning lady was also incredibly helpful even though we didn’t speak Italian and she didn’t speak English! We worked it out! Everything was kept clean and smelt amazing, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was great. I couldn’t have imagined a better stay for the money. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Rome. If we come back we will stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights in April and it was the best choice for us. Rooms are new, cleaned daily, huge TV. In front of the building there is a bus station and the metro is 5 minutes away. In Rome, you don’t have to stay in the city center because the public transport system is very well thought. So I recommend this property anytime.

Everything was spot on, the room was spacious, new and very clean. The bed was big and comfy and the bathroom was pristine. The area is nice and feels safe day and night, it's only 10-15 minutes away from all of the sights on the metro and there are some nice cafes/bakeries just below, Definetely worth staying here rather than in the centre, especially if you like a bit of peace. Angelo (host) and William (caretaker) we're both super friendly and helpful and made the stay easy and enjoyable.

We unfortunately only stayed for one night but everything was really great! We had all that we needed and more in the room and we found the location very easily, exactly where it says it is in google maps. We would all highly recommend and will come back whenever we need a place to stay in Rome.
