Spanish steps , palatine hill , Roman forum and further down the road the Coleseum . spotless clean . secure . safe . staff all so lovely and friendly and helpful . stayed in room 103.

Clean comfortable room with everything needed , except ability to make a cut of tea, only coffee available. Quiet, friendly and excellent location. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend it for a stay in Rome and would go again myself
