An Unforgettable Stay in Rome's Heart! Our visit to Rome was made exceptional by the warm hospitality and impeccable service of this place. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly staff. The comfort of the beds was great, they were a dream to sink into after a day of exploring the city's wonders. Location-wise, this hotel is an absolute gem! Nestled in the center of Rome, it allowed us to easily access all the iconic landmarks within walking distance. We did not use any kind of public transport. The convenience of exploring this historic city without hassle truly added to the overall experience. Cleanliness is really important to me, and I was impressed by the pristine condition of the hotel. We did not have breakfast included, but we paid extra to have some one of the mornings. There was a big variety of food for every taste. I recommend this hotel!

We loved this apartment, it was so spacious, cute and convenient, just around the corner from the Pantheon. I had many croissants from the famous croissant store nearby. It was also very easily accessible by walking and bus to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Smeraldo. The staff is exceptional—the best we’ve experienced at any hotel. The reception team is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The breakfast is excellent, with à la carte coffee selection included in the price. Our room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. But the best part is the location—just a 10 to 20-minute walk from all major sightseeing spots.
