flat is nice and spacious, very clean , with good air-conditioning in each bedroom, land lady owner is very friendly and helpful with information about transport to town centre and where to go to eat , many restaurants and supermarket near the flat , enclosed gates safe carpark available, nextdoor neighbour's are friendly, also , flat is located 5 minutes walk to metro line wich take you to Colosseum in 10 minutes for €1.50 each way , flat got 2 nice little balcony with a nice view been on the 6th floor but don't worry there is an elevator available, so , to resume, i m very happy with it , and i will use again in the future

Landlord Marko is very nice, friendly, always ready for any questions or problems! The apartment is super clean, tidy and comfortable. Landlord doesn't skimp on household items and only gives good quality. The location of the apartment is north of Rome center, but very good public transport connections by bus and train. Excellent apartments, fully consistent with the description and photos, everything is new and clean. Very convenient with self-check-in. There is a kitchenette and all the cutlery from glasses to pans, the owner took care of us and left us delicious Italian coffee. Towels and bathrobes are provided, there is a hairdryer and hotel cosmetics.

Elena and Francesco were great! Always reachable and even allowed us to get into the flat an hour earlier ! It was very well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood where we could easily park our car opposite the building.
