Best hotel😊 It was clean, comfortable room with a little balcony. The staff were very warm and attentive and the host was even better- so welcoming and thoughtful. Breakfast was very delicious and the location was perfect. We would totally recommend this place♥️

Great location close to metro (Ponte Lungo) and train (Tuscolana) stations. Plenty of local delicatessens, cafes, and restaurants and just a 2.5km walk to the Colosseum and 3.5km walk to Trastevere. Pietro ŵent above and beyond to make our stay smooth, thanks so much Pietro! We ll be back again :)

The location of the apartment is excellent as it is very near the San Giovanni metro station which is connected to the most important tourist atractions. Gianni is a pleasant and proactive host and provides really good instructions both related to the apartment (how to reach it from the airport and enter) and how to best spend your time in Rome. The apartment is divided into four rooms (for two I believe) with a joint kitchen area where you can make coffee and tea and have a breakfast. The room is normal in size, very well equiped for two people and very very clean. The bathroom is brand new, clean and spacey. There is a posibility of brekafast which I believe is an appropriate on the first day of your stay, but after that I would suggest you go out and have a brekafast in one of the many many available places.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I really liked the cozy courtyard and terrace where you can drink coffee. David responded to the message very quickly and helped, and also sent a detailed description of how to get to the hotel, along with a video, which was very convenient. I am delighted with this place, so if I fly to Rome again, I will definitely stay here. good location, you can walk to the sights, or you can take the metro, which is right next to the hotel
