I had such a great experience at this accommodation and with the Host Valentina and her lovely parents! The accommodation is located pretty close to Termini station and in a vibrant Tiburtina street, where you can find lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. On the weekend when i stayed (December 7-8) there was also an artiginal market with lots of great products. The place itself is very new and modern, spacious and particularly clean. The room was big, much bigger than many I hace stayed at in Rome, bright and had a kettle with teas, the bathroom was also big, bed was participarly comfortable. But the main gem of the place is its hosts. They are very kind, attentive and helpful. During my stay, I got under a heavy rain and was completely wet, so I asked Valentina in a message if the heating can be turned on so I could dry my things (i guess, it is on timer like in many apartments). Just to add, the room itself was warm enough and have an air conditioning, but i needed the heater to dry my clothes and jacket. She responded immediatly and arranged everything for my comfort, and even more. I apprecited a lot this kind of attention to comfort and wellbeing of a guest.

The apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped. There are nearby supermarket or food establishments if you opt to cook or buy food or eat out. David was an excellent host, always communicating and ensuring that we had what we needed. If there's a chance of going back to Rome, I will stay at this apartment again. I definitely recommend!

The place is new, equipped with everything necessary for an apartment, clean, cute, comfortable, spacious. I was impressed by the separate small room for clothes and luggage. There was an elevator in the building. The neighborhood is bustling, a lot of young people, places to eat - restaurants and fast food or just to have coffee. There is a supermarket just around the corner.

Everything was perfect! The staff was always friendly, mattresses were very comfy, and the cleanliness of the rooms were spot on! There is a lift so you won't have to bring your luggage up to the stairs. It was also close to Termini Station.
