We had a great time! The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom was huge. We felt safe throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent. The location was just 10 minutes away from all the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and maintained constant communication whenever needed. I highly recommend it, even for families with children!

We simply love the hotel. It is very central and we were never using taxis to get to the places- only from the airport and to the airport from the hotel. The room is very clean and spacious for us. Francisco was taking us well from day 1, giving us the best recommendations and always offering us drinks whenever he sees us. If i could give more stars, i would.

The hotel is in a great central location, within easy walking distance of the main sights and right in the middle of the shopping area. The building is new and the rooms were well decorated and comfortable. The sparkling wine in the room on arrival was a very nice touch. The staff were excellent throughout the stay.

Located at a strategic point, from where one can have easy access to all city highlights, and right next to the metro. The room is exactly like the pictures, spacious and clean. Erika met us at the check-in and she was the sweetest, made us feel welcome and helped us settle. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we would certainly recommend it and revisit in the future.
