Great location that was about 8 minutes away from the train station. Got this hotel for a day as I was flying out the next day. Loved that when I got to the city I was able to walk to my hotel and the next day I took the train that takes you to the airport. I was also able to reach the Colosseum by walking about 20 minutes or so.

Location and rooms are super good for value. But overall staff is the most friendly and polite I’ve ever encountered. In this trip I stayed in many hotels, including The Ritz Carlton, and staff here was at this level in every regard, no questions about it. I was super happy to stay here with my Dad and we had the best time ever.

Really nice staff and great breakfast. Very close to Termini station (5 mins with bags). Very happy with our room. Our room faced the street and the window glazing must be the best I've ever come across - absolutely no noise at all.

Everything was amazing! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Was a very complete room. The breakfast was delicious and very complete and balanced. The staff was absolutely lovely, always greeting us with a smile and very helpful. The location was really near the train station and to a metro stop.

* Maria and Vladimir (I hope I am spelling correct as different Slavic languages some times spell same names differently) are very hospital administrators. Others were great too buy I did not have chance to know their name.
* The room climate is a real saviour during day time of the day thankfully to AC, cool floor and window blinds
* Window blinds shut down light completely keeping rooms cool during the day and giving full darkness for better sleep
* There are several nice restaurants 5 minutes walk away. We liked them better than the ones at the city center.
* It is possible to upgrade your room when you check-in
* I have read through old comments and looks like a lot of complaints have been fixed. Rooms look renovated.
