Facility is much more bigger than I expected. They have nice and friendly staff. I don't know their names but all of them were really friendly and smiling. Location was great just walking distance to the train station.

The service was truly exceptional, attentive to every need and super nice. It felt like home away from home. When the bed was too hard for me - they brought me a topper right away. The location was perfect. The room was quiet, very clean. The free mini bar is a very nice addition. You really feel they are trying to make you as comfortable as possible.

I liked everything about IQ Hotel, they took care of every detail for the comfort of their guests. Nice location, very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Our room was on the third floor and it was very quiet. New AC and easy to control. Window covers provided total blockout. The room had a kettle and complementary coffee, different types of teas and 2 bottles of water. There are vending machines in the hotel where you can get bottles of water for 50 cents. Breakfast was also very nice.

Really nice staff and great breakfast. Very close to Termini station (5 mins with bags). Very happy with our room. Our room faced the street and the window glazing must be the best I've ever come across - absolutely no noise at all.

10 mins from the station if you take the right exit, otherwise it could turn into 20 mins.
This was completely my fault but the hotel could tell future guests the fastest way to arrive from the station to save time.
