Everything is OK. Facilities very good, clean, good communication. Quiet, secure neighborhood. Very good option for Rome if you are travelling by car: secure parking, and easy access to motorways. Metro station is 7 min. from apartment and then everything in Rome is near

We had a truly wonderful stay at Monti Tiburtini Guest House! My wife, our two-year-old daughter, and I felt extremely comfortable and welcome throughout our entire visit to Rome. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank Katia, our amazing host. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. You can truly feel how much effort she puts into making her guests feel at home — her warmth made a big difference in our overall experience. The guest house itself is very clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained. It’s a family-friendly place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent: there are several shops nearby for anything you might need, and right downstairs in the building, there’s a lovely café where we had breakfast every morning. The staff there is very polite and friendly, and the breakfast selection was great. Although the kitchen is shared with other guests, it was absolutely no problem — actually, it turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers and exchange experiences about visiting Rome. The kitchen was always tidy and well-equipped. The connection to the city center is fantastic. The metro station is very close to the property, and thanks to the convenient location, we were able to explore Rome with ease. We walked around 20 kilometers each day, seeing all the major sights, and it was wonderful to return each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable accommodation. In short: everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back to Rome — and of course, staying again at Monti Tiburtini Guest House with Katia as our host! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located home away from home in Rome. Thank you once again, Katia!

The host met us, also came within 10 minutes, and helped us with the washing machine. Both were very friendly. The apartment was very nice, big and comfortable with all the needed amenities. I recommend this apt

Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed. Very convenient location - all kinds of transportation are 2-3 min by walk. It has a kitchenette equipped with everything you need. Cause our late flight, we came in the middle of the night, but the owner Mrs Rossella was more than kind and she gave us instructions and all details how to reach the place. Strongly recommended!

The host was lovely, very helpful with check-in and logistics of the stay. We were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment after check-out to go see some more Rome before flight. There were snacks and water available in the kitchen for everyone to take. We also received a voucher for breakfast in the cafeteria next to the apartments.
