The apartment is lovely extremely modern, with a stunning coffee shop and Ice cream shop on the other side. The location is really good near a bus terminal and a train station 🚉 . Eden was extremely friendly and caring we definitely recommended absolutely top in my opinion.

5 minutes by bus from the main train station, to the center of Rome - around 20-30 minutes by bus (bus stop right outside). Apartment clean, has everything You would need. Host extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is in the cafe downstairs, great pastry and food in general. Ended up eating dinner two evenings in a row. Overall, great place

Loved morning breakfast across the road and "Bakery M", it was very convenient. Elisa was a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment I stayed in was well fitted out, with every travellers' need considered. So many hangers, hooks and shelves! Loved the modern feel, and cleanliness was clearly a priority. Note there is no laundry facility so if that is important to you it needs to be factored in.

Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed. Very convenient location - all kinds of transportation are 2-3 min by walk. It has a kitchenette equipped with everything you need. Cause our late flight, we came in the middle of the night, but the owner Mrs Rossella was more than kind and she gave us instructions and all details how to reach the place. Strongly recommended!

5 stars for everything. It looked lovely in the photos but better in person, like it had only just been decorated and refurbed. Our family had 3 of the 4 rooms and it felt like home. Comfortable beds, great showers. A kitchen lounge area was helpful to get together and at least eat some healthy breakfast. We wanted somewhere close to the train, metro and buses (straight run from the airport and straight run into the centre and the Colosseum) - 7 minute walk. Secure door entry system to the building, the apartment and each room) Cleaners came each day too. Location was quiet but 2 decent bars close by and some small shops.

Everything is perfect! Gianluca and his wife are very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. They made our stay in Rome an unforgettable moment with their extra care towards their guests. The best one! We encountered no issue at all and payment was straighforward. They are also extremely generous, we received complimentary of breads, milk, half dozens of mineral water, chocolates, and biscuits. The breakfast from a nearby cafe were included in our booking and their pistachio croissant is so tasty. Gianluca also gave a box of surprise choc eggs to my daughter and made her so happy. Overall, I believe this is the best stay we ever had and Gianluca's property deserved the 10 star.The house is wonderful - clean, comfortable, has a washing machine with tumble dryer, complete kitchen utensils and just so beautiful. It is very near to the Tiburtina Stazione, just 5-6minute walk and take about 10 or 12 mins to Termini Stazione. We just rode one direct subway to Colosseum and on another day, rode one direct bus to Fountain Trevi, basically easy access to all the attractions at Rome. There are many shops and restaurants around the house, make it much easier for our stay. The area is safe and walking home from the station at night is totally fine. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Rome next time.
