It is a completely renovated apartment, everything is new. In a quiet neighborhood but very well connected to the public transport network. Everything was fabulous. I recommend it!

5 minutes by bus from the main train station, to the center of Rome - around 20-30 minutes by bus (bus stop right outside). Apartment clean, has everything You would need. Host extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is in the cafe downstairs, great pastry and food in general. Ended up eating dinner two evenings in a row. Overall, great place

Host extremely responsive and kind - has a little problem with the pin code that was solved basically immediately. The room and facilities (kitchen + toilet) were brand new and super clean. The breakfast selection was as expected small but more than enough to get you started. There are plenty of cafes arounds.

I stayed only overnight, however I was surprised in a good way, apartment was super clean, it has everything you need, tea, coffee, salt, oil and etc. Even in the bathroom there was all the hygiene products which is so sweet. location was nice since I was looking stay close to tiburtina, it took me 15 minutes by walk to the station. Rossella is a nicest person I ever met☺️ overall I enjoyed the stay

Very nice and comfortable accommodation. It is really very clean, especially the bathroom. In fact, it is a large Roman apartment divided into rooms for rent, and everything is really well organized. A small problem with my entry into the accommodation and contacting the owner, but it did not significantly affect my stay in the accommodation. The shared kitchen in the accommodation was also very helpful
