We had a wonderful stay and felt truly welcomed and cared for. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night, but the host kindly waited for us with no problem at all. On our last day, my boyfriend accidentally left his phone at the hotel, and the host went out of his way to message us via Booking.com and even brought the phone close to the train station so we could get it back before leaving. It was an incredibly kind gesture that we truly appreciated. This was a trustworthy and heartwarming experience — we highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again.

The host is an extremely wonderful host who waited for us when our flight was delayed. They gave us a bonus bottle of wine which my wife loved very much. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. 100% recommend. Also it is very near the bus stop.

Very nice, clean room with all amenities. Enough clean towels and all necessary utensils in the kitchen. Responsive and understanding host. Supermarket is downstairs. There is also a cafe where you can have breakfast with a croissant and coffee (the host provides a freebie). Several pizzerias and other shops and a supermarket are within walking distance. A bit far, but the transport interchange is also nearby. Definitely recommend

We had a truly wonderful stay at Monti Tiburtini Guest House! My wife, our two-year-old daughter, and I felt extremely comfortable and welcome throughout our entire visit to Rome. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank Katia, our amazing host. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. You can truly feel how much effort she puts into making her guests feel at home — her warmth made a big difference in our overall experience. The guest house itself is very clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained. It’s a family-friendly place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent: there are several shops nearby for anything you might need, and right downstairs in the building, there’s a lovely café where we had breakfast every morning. The staff there is very polite and friendly, and the breakfast selection was great. Although the kitchen is shared with other guests, it was absolutely no problem — actually, it turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers and exchange experiences about visiting Rome. The kitchen was always tidy and well-equipped. The connection to the city center is fantastic. The metro station is very close to the property, and thanks to the convenient location, we were able to explore Rome with ease. We walked around 20 kilometers each day, seeing all the major sights, and it was wonderful to return each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable accommodation. In short: everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back to Rome — and of course, staying again at Monti Tiburtini Guest House with Katia as our host! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located home away from home in Rome. Thank you once again, Katia!

The host met us, also came within 10 minutes, and helped us with the washing machine. Both were very friendly. The apartment was very nice, big and comfortable with all the needed amenities. I recommend this apt

The apartment is very good. It has everything you need for a short vacation. We loved that it was close to the metro. The best part was the host who was very communicative and helpful.

Location is few minutes away from Triburtina station. Very well located. Comfy bed and clean room. Generous with white goods and coffee. Rossella and Luca were such a great host! Highly recommended.
