I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in the Vatican area of Rome. The location is excellent – the bus and metro station are right next to the apartment, making it super easy to reach the city center and all the main attractions. It was very easy to find the place, and the check-in process through a link was simple and smooth. My flight arrived late in the evening, but thanks to the self check-in, that wasn’t an issue at all.
The apartment itself was very clean, cozy, and truly one of the best places we’ve stayed in. Even though I didn’t meet the host in person, communication via WhatsApp was great – the host was always available and helpful for anything we needed. I highly recommend this place, 10/10!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome, Alissa Suite is a quick walk to the metro. The room and bathroom was really nice and even with a small language barrier, Tatiana was extremely accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed the snacks and coffee provided. There's a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

The host was very helpful, left a lot of food for the guests, which was very appreciated. The location was near the historic Vatican city, it was very easy to get to the city center with either regional trains, buses or even by foot.

The hostess was beyond exceptional - she sent us a picture of the building to help us find it, directions, directions to get in, maps of the area, bus routes, restaurant recommendations, and the location of a nearby pharmacy and a wonderful market. She answered questions, usually within a couple of minutes, recommended a medication for me when I came down with a migraine the second day, and when we forgot something in the apartment, she arranged for us to get back in to get it. The apartment was lovely and a lot of thought had obviously been put into the renovation, and the beds were comfortable too.

Very conveniently located to public transport and supermarket. Easy communication with staff through WhatsApp. I was impressed by the complimentary cakes and drinks provided in the room. It was at a good price when I got it last minute. Only realised the price was much higher when I wanted to book again. Given early check-in and provide luggage storage that was helpful. Had a different room when I returned that came with a lovely balcony.
