Very cozy, stylish, quiet room, every detail is well thought-out, wonderful view of the street. Very clean, cleaning is provided every day. Silence policy.
The atmosphere in the hotel and in the room is romantic and calm.
Location is great, 5-10 minutes by foot from both Vatican City and Ottaviano metro station.
There are a lot of good restaurants nearby, our favourite was Faruso.

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent B&B in a beautiful building in one of Rome's best neighbourhoods. Our room with ensuite bathroom, overlooking a courtyard, was quiet, very clean and even provided slippers. The breakfast buffet was generous and we loved the fact that we could indicate in advance which hot drinks and foods (croissants, omelettes et cetera) we liked to have. The nice man who ran the breakfast service on most days even offered us extra drinks on the spot.
The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Rome and even for luxury shopping if that's what you're coming for. Another brilliant feature as that the stop where you can board the bus to Fiumicino Airport is very near, so no need to travel to the Termini Station first. The Residenza also offers a paid shuttle service to and from the airport.
