We spent 4 wonderful nights at Rate Operà Suites Pinciana and truly enjoyed our time in Rome.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the service. A huge thank you to Miss Claudia at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She not only waited a bit longer for us due to our late arrival (thank you once more for your time!) but also helped us plan our sightseeing and gave excellent recommendations for places to see. We were also pleasantly surprised with a small aperitif for a birthday celebration, which was such a lovely touch. Her hints for nearby restaurants were spot on!
The room was quite spacious with plenty of room for our luggage, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and we had no issues with water pressure or temperature—everything worked perfectly.
Breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of breads, pastries, and juices, with an overall nice choice of things to eat to start the day.
The location is very convenient. It is not far from the Spanish Steps, very close to a beautiful park, and has Metro stations nearby, making it easy to get around. The area has the great atmosphere of the old town—just a really cool vibe.
We highly recommend staying here!
