Great studio for three people, high ceilings, clean and airy. Great breakfast on the roof top terrace with homemade marmelade and a fantastic view over the city. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Centrally located in a side street with short walks to the beaches, the market and sights. Very recommendable!

The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. The welcome was very warm, including clear checkin instructions and a bonus welcome ‘surprise’ from a local deli nearby. The location is perfect for a ‘base’ when visiting Ortigia, with parking close by, away from crowded areas but close enough to everything. Also worth to mention very friendly staff who took care of us and replied to messages within minutes. And a nice bonus, free mini bar with water, soft drinks and delicious snacks! Highly recommend this place for staying in Ortigia!

Rosy (the owner) is the best, very kind, understanding and helpful. Apartment is in the centre od Ortigia, so everything is nearby. Flat is clean, nice and very cosy. It wasn't our last visit ❤️

Host went out of his way to pick us up from the train station despite the train being delayed 50mins. Very pleasant man who communicates effectively through a translator app and takes the trouble to explain things. He also was able to accommodate our suitcases after checkout due to a late flight. Left chilled water, a chilled spritz, coffee pods and some basic grocery items at check-in - thoughtful and appreciated. Washing machine and detergent left for us

it was perfect. clean and cosy. I was welcomed wonderful and the surroundings are great.
