My time at Aretusa Vacanze was truly exceptional. Without a doubt, it stands out as the best accommodation experience I've had in over 13 years. The hotel, housed in a beautifully maintained Baroque building, offers spacious and impeccably clean rooms with a charming Sicilian historical touch. Its ideal location in the heart of Ortigia, close to the sea, main attractions, Piazza Duomo, and the outstanding rooftop breakfast contribute to a memorable stay. Lastly, Stefano, the generous and super-friendly owner managing with his family this family-oriented hotel, adds a special touch to the overall experience.

Giorgio went above and beyond and made our stay phenomenal. One of the best experiences in Italy. We were warmly welcomed with some appetitive in the room and he fulfilled all our requests prior to arriving. I can heartily recommend staying here. The room is well furnished, big comfortable bed and a great view. Very easy to find and there is public parking available in the vicinity. You will not regret staying here, should I visit Siracusa again, this will be my go-to stay.

We loved the apartment. It was super comfortable, spacious, clean and beautiful decorated. We really felt like at home. We enjoyed the sunrise lights on the balcony in the morning and the view to the old town.The apartment is also super positioned in Ortigia just a few minutes from the market, in the middle of old town. There is also easy accesible parking nearby.

Host went out of his way to pick us up from the train station despite the train being delayed 50mins. Very pleasant man who communicates effectively through a translator app and takes the trouble to explain things. He also was able to accommodate our suitcases after checkout due to a late flight. Left chilled water, a chilled spritz, coffee pods and some basic grocery items at check-in - thoughtful and appreciated. Washing machine and detergent left for us
