The hotel looks great and feels new, the room we got was clean and spacious, it had a big balcony with a side view of the lake. Breakfast was great (but it was missing vegetables for me). The staff was very kind and helpful. Wifi was working well. There was enough parking space in front of the hotel. Also the location is fine, there is a supermarket nearby and some restaurants, bars or cafes.

Proximity of Sirmione and very calm. Two minutes from the lake, also restaurants and food stores . Very friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, good parking availabilities in front of house as it is a residential zone.

We were surprised by how complete the apartment is. It's hard to think of anything you could need and not already find it there. Everything you need for young children is already here. It has everything you could possibly need to cook, the bathroom includes everything from shampoo and showering gel to shaving foam, you will find all kinds of practical info about the apartment as well as Sirmione lying around. And overall, the apartment is decorated in a cozy way that shows the owners want you to have a good time. You can contact them through Booking or WhatsApp any time and they will let you know beforehand if your apartment is already ready before 16:00. You won't necessarily see them before checking in; they have automated this process and will message you to explain how it works. You will park within your private space, safely guarded by an electronic gate. Apartment was extremely clean as well. It can be tricky to find it, though; just look for the large "A&O Supermercato" sign and you will find the entrance with Sorridi al Lago signs left next to it. The availability of stores right next to the apartment, its close proximity to the lake + beach and its location within Sirmione itself were very comfortable to us. It's beautiful and has everything you need, but in a peaceful way compared to the chaotic and crowded city centre, which is still reachable by car within a few minutes or by foot if you like to take a walk along the lake. Will come back as soon as possible.

Lovely accomodation, clean and well presented. Well equipped kitchen, even a pot to brew coffee and a seperate coffee machine! Very helpful owner Stefano, great communication. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. All other families at the apartments were friendly and would say hello at the pool, lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Bus stop on the main road was a five minute walk, from there you can go to Verona, Peschiera, Sirmione easily Five minute walk to the lake with a beautiful beach bar, great food and friendly staff. Just very relaxing!!👍

We really loved the location — all the main attractions were within walking distance. The apartment was just as bright, spacious, and cozy as shown in the photos: clean, well-equipped, and furnished with comfortable furniture. The large terrace with a view of the surroundings was a real highlight — the perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Communication with the host was excellent — he responded quickly to all our questions. We would gladly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again on our next visit!
