Very quick check-in. Kind and competent staff. We needed a replacement robe and it took all of 5 minutes after phoning the reception for a very nice gentleman to bring it to the room.
The room was spotlessly clean. Perfect view out the window. The bathroom was bigger than my first domicile in the city - bathtub + shower. There were more towels in the room than the number of the towels I've ever owned throughout my lifetime combined.
Even though most people who can afford €500+ a night probably wouldn't mind being robbed at the minibar, the prices there were more reasonable than in many run-of-the-mill chain hotels.
The breakfast buffet had as many items as a small Esselunga, all fresh and high-quality items. You don't even have to work a machine for coffee - you order it and they bring it to your table.

The hotel is perfectly located opposite Stazione Porta Nuova. Outside is the stop for the airport bus, the Metro, and local buses. During night the hotel is behind large closed wooden doors, and then you have to pass locked glass doors to come into a yard before entering the hotel. The hotel is fresh and spotlessly clean. The staff in the reception made us feel welcome and speak english too. Breakfast is really good and they had glutenfree products for me. The woman in the kitchen is so kind, and even though she doesn´t speak much english we managed to have nice conversations via translator. I highly recommend the hotel, and hope to be back some day.

A great location very close to Porta Nuova Station and convenient for the city centre and metro with plenty of good food options nearby. Well laid out apart-hotel style accommodation, with living area, kitchenette and en-suite, which was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with suggestions for an itinerary at arrival and a free left-luggage service when we checked out.

The apartment was ideal for a family - nice and clean. It is convenient that it has two separate rooms which has allowed the kid to have a nap without grown ups disturbing him. The staff (Ilaria and Andrea) are very nice and super helpful.
