The hotel was nice, great location, quiet and peaceful area, 10-15 minutes walk to main area with restaurants, bistros, shops etc. The water bus stops directly outside. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big enough and clean.

Everything was fantastic in this hotel. The decor is so tasteful and very modern. The room (open suite) was amazing. So much space, beautifully decorated, even the bathroom.
Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was really lovely with lots of choice and good quality food.
Great location too. Right beside water bus and train station.

Everything went well beyond my expectations: the elegance of the common area and the room, renovated just a few months ago blending the ancient Venetian homes with contemporary furnishings; impeccable cleanliness; the service. Perhaps the most surprising aspect was the attention to small details that make a difference: colored lights for the shower, soft blue lights in the room, numerous power outlets, the kettle, and herbal teas. The host, Lorenzo, is incredibly hospitable, kind, and helpful: a friend more than a landlord.
