Antonella, her mother (and little Cashmere) were extremely friendly and made our visit both easy and comfortable. The flat is beautifully decorated, spacious with a little private patio and very dog friendly. Fully equipped kitchen, clean, lovely bathroom. It’s not the cheapest option, but you get value for your money. Perfect!

far exceeded expectations as was booked last minute and I originally selected it based upon price and location ( close to vaporetto and st marks). It has lots of extras and was cleaned daily and immaculate. Very friendly and helpful onsite assistance available during the day. Easy after hours access instructions.

I had a great short stay here. I only had a small room that was a bit pricey but it's Venice so you expect it. Room was comfortable and with a big bathroom which was nice. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was simple but tasty. Would stay again
