First of all, we want to recommend the hotel 100%. He was absolutely great. We have traveled to many parts of Italy and have always chosen expensive and multi-star hotels. We absolutely did not expect a hotel that was much more affordable to be much better. 1. I don't understand how anyone in the previous reviews could complain about the breakfast, because the croissants at home at the hotel were the best we ate in Venice. 2. Due to the flight delay, we did not arrive at the hotel until around 01:00 in the morning and there was no problem with the accommodation 3. Room spacious, clean and huge shower, LCD TV with Netflix. 4. Overall, the staff is very nice even at breakfast... nothing to complain about. 5. Central location of the hotel. You can get everywhere on foot.. We were very satisfied and would definitely like to come back...

Very cosy hotel, 2 mins walking distance from the water bus stop, which we took from the airport. Also just 15 mins walk to the main touristic sites. The reception staff was very professional and kind: we had some issues in our room and were directly changed to another.

The Aqua Palace exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we felt pampered. All the staff (front desk, bellhop, waitress) were warm and friendly. Our room was large with high ceiling and windows, and Venetian style furnishings, that overlooked the canal. Absolutely gorgeous view and room. We felt like we were in a Venetian castle. The breakfast buffet was delicious with an array of food options. They even served Prosecco!
The hotel is perfectly situated - walking distance to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay at the Aqua Palace again.

The best hotel that I have visited in Europe yet (I have quite a broad experience). Charming antique interiors with modern equipment. All is clean, and all is envisaged in the bathroom, including slippers, vanity kit, lotion and sanitary bags. The location is perfect.

What we liked about this apartment the most is how spacious and quiet it was, and at the same time it was in the heart of Venice, so you could walk to any place worth seeing from here! We also booked a boat tour, which they offered us. Our own captain, bottle of Prosecco, sunset,...how breathtaking! :)) We would definitely choose this accommodation again!:)) And again!

This appartement is fabulous, comfortable and close to 2 vaporetto stations. You can take vaporetto from train station and arrive to Giardini in 30 min. Going to place St-Marc in 15 min as well. It's also possible easily by walk after a good dinner to Nevodi restaurant!
The hospitality of the host is just incredibble and always happy to help and provide good recommandations.
The guidance to go to appartement is amazing!! You cannot go wrong!!
Very clean, kitchen very well equiped and bed comfortable.
