All staff members were kind, nice, and super professional. The location was so good that it was quite easy to access other sights, but at the same time, quiet at night. It also takes only 4-5 minutes to get to the vaporetto stop (Accademia). Additionally, the beautiful and tidy garden made me feel cozy and enjoy my last day in Venice.

We stayed in an apartment with 2 rooms, super comfortable bed (not too soft, not too hard), 2 choice of pillows.. free coffee capsules and cookies, tea. Spacious & very clean, we loved our stay and would love to come back!
13min to train station, less to bus station, location is in a more residential area, a square with plenty of cafes and restaurants (and 1 Conad-grocery store) 5min walk away. 20ish min to San Marco.

We just loved the surroundings of the hotel! Dorsoduro will be the best sestiere of Venice for us to stay in. Very local, vibrant, full of points of interest and places to stroll and eat- yet absolutely close to the center. Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stop nearby as well as Accademia Bridge.
The hotel itself is very cosy, small and, what is maybe the most important, has the feeling of well kept home. And this is, I guess, in the most part thanks to Noel, the heartful host of the place.
Our room was clean, and the personnel was attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We loved the view into the narrow yet lively street, a cosy little garden and the old houses. Yes, and the silk wall coverings vere beautiful!

If you are on the art trail , this place is right by the Guggenheim and a few minutes walk from the Academia. In fact the location is pretty amazing for everything . We stayed in the upper of the two flats ( second floor) in the building . It was clean, comfortable , well maintained and spacious , with a pleasant shady balcony . The flat has double glazing and air-con if you are into that sort of thing , personally we enjoyed the windows open and hearing all the bells from the local churches .
