Excellent location, in Dorsoduro quiet neighbourhood, but just 12 min walking from the train station and 7 min walking from San Basilio vaporetto station. Brand new, decorated with lots of taste, nice interior garden, lifts, good wifi, great views to the canal. Luggage storing facilities, really appreciated. People in the reception are extremely kind.

The apartment is spacious and very nice. I liked the private entrance and the perfect location. It's very close to San Marco Square and Academia but it's quiet and without the tourist crowds. It's very close to the vaporetto line 1 and 2 which makes it very easy to get to any point you want. It is also very close to the Academia bridge.
