This is a hidden gem, honestly one of the best hotels in the city. It is part of a very nice hotel were the staff is ultra friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags at the hotel´s reception. Location is great to get away from the masses and enjoy a quiet dinner with the locals.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Nice appartment , perfect for a couple. The appartment is big, new, quiet and clean with mosquito screens. Location is fantastic. When you arrive with the vaporetto, you open a “secret door” and leave behind all the noise and chaos of Venice. Many good and affordable restaurants close by, with view of Venice in the sunset. We will surely return to Giudecca and this appartment.

Patch of Eden is, at the same time, well connected to all other main places in Venice but also independent enough to be quiet in a city crowded by tourists. The apartment is large, surrounded by green spaces, silent at night and luminous during the day. There are also several places to have a nice meal. Then, Francesca and David were superb from beginning to end! To sum up, a great option if you are visiting Venice!
