New hotel: good location, clean, perfect breakfast and friendly service. We liked so much our breakfasts in garden, nice service from Veronika - wine and olives in evenings, sunny room and singing birds. Don’t think it’s not in central location - location is great, just buy atonement for vapporetto.

We can't rate this property highly enough, the location is great, just over the water from St Marks Square, which takes about 10 minutes by the public boat service, this runs every few minutes so no problems there either, the view from the nearby restaurant makes a good meal taste even better, the hosts of the apartment are so friendly and helpful, any questions you have they will answer them, some questions we thought about, had the answers in my Whats APP before we had asked the question. Their knowledge and advice was a great help and made us feel right at home, a brilliant place to stay for a couple, breakfast was supplied for us, with milk in the fridge and a coffee machine with capsules, we stayed for 3 nights and there is a left luggage option to make the last day even easier as we didn't depart until the evening, would we stay there again....just give us the cance

Guidecca is a very nice and quite neighborhood -we loved to stay there. The apartment is quite modern and on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator which is very helpful. The terrace and balcony allow for sunbathing -which is not why we came to Venice. The supermarket COOP is around the corner which is very handy.

This is Venice. We chose to stay off the main island/city, in/on Giudecca. It was a nice boat ride on Alilaguna from Marco Polo Airport to the island. Once we met with the 'hosts', they showed us to the property where were easily entered, dropped our bags and rested. They gave us a good recommendation for a restaurant there just a few yards from the apartment where we enjoyed our first night in Venice on the shoreline viewing the city shoreline. The apartment was the most spacious of the 5 we stayed at on our European trip in September, 2025. Beds were comfortable enough, clean and towels provided. The vaporetta (water bus) station was nearby, Several good restaurants on the island walkways. Good cafe and pastries, something we came to really love about our Europe travels. There was a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, all you would need for a longer stay. We chose to eat out. We didn't discover the 'grocery' until a couple of days into our visit. They had a nice book on the entry table with all the rules and recommendations. They are building it as you go. There is a nice wardrobe in the entry hall. It would use more hangers. Drawers in only one room, so we sort of lived out of our suitcase in that room. Space for the 4 adults (2 couples).

We have stayed before and wanted to come back. Alessia Is an attentive, excellent host and the little things like toiletries, milk and juice make all the difference. The apartment is spotless and bed really comfortable, kitchen good if you don't feel like going out
