The apartment was clean, smelled good, it was quite spacious and had an amazing view to the Grand canal with a personal dock in front of the window and view of Rialto bridge. The location was perfect, staff was helpful and friendly. The apartment was cleaned every day. Lovely! No complaints at all!

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. The location was very good. The breakfast good and diverse. And, we had a very good surprise finding out that in the cost we paid there is included a free trip to Murano and Glass factory visit.

Alessandra and the stuff were super friendly and helpful all the time! At the arrival we got some welcome cookies and Alessandra collected and printed out the best hidden restaurants and spots for us which are non-touristict and cheap! We also got a map with all of the top attractions highlighted on it by Alessandra. We really appreciated the kindness which we got during our stay! The breakfast was also super delicious! We can chose from different type of breakfast: croissant, egg, yoghurt, cookies, fruits, cheese etc. After checking out we could leave our bags at the hotel which we really appreciated as well. All in all everything was perfect during our stay and we do recommend Alessandra's hotel to everyone! We will definitely stay here if we go back to Venice.

The Palazzo is beautiful, the staff are excellent, location is fantastic, breakfast is perfect and we stayed with a dog which was well taken care of by the hotel with them giving us a water bowl and bed for him.
