The staff were all very friendly and welcoming making my stay absolutely perfect.
They were very helpful and understanding as I am hard of hearing.

The staff were exceptional. There was a local 24 hour public bus and water-boat strike the day we arrived. The hotel informed us in advance and provided detailed information on alternative ways to travel from airport to hotel.
The location is excellent near the Rialto bridge with a quiet route (5 min walk) to St Marks Square right beside the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Internet is free. The breakfast is excellent. We look forward to staying here again soon.
