The hotel was excellent! The bed was very comfortable, and our room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and lovely. The location right on the Grand Canal was perfect. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. A special thanks to Francesca at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful in guiding us around Venice and made our stay even better. The hotel is also very convenient to the train station. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was decorated beautifully , the breakfast room was fabulous overlooking the canal , the staff were very helpful and friendly , the room was amazing , we had lost an adapter and the staff were kind enough to lend us one . I wouldn’t hesitate in booking this hotel again . thank you for a short but wonderful stay x

We absolutely loved our stay at EGO Residence! It was right off the rialto orange line stop from the airport, you can't get more convenient than that. Plus our room was so clean, so cozy and so nicely done. It was a very quiet location, being on the side canal and the breakfast was wonderful. If you like eggs for breakfast, eat here, because you might be hard pressed to find some eggs on the streets somewhere. We loved it so much that we almost asked if they had a second night available, but we did already have a booking somewhere else in Italy. I will 100% be staying here again, every time I come to Venice.
