It's just a 3-minute walk from the water taxi station, a mere minute from St. Mark's Square, and the gondola stop is conveniently right outside. The hotel boasts a unique style that beautifully captures the essence of Venice. The rooms are not only stylish but also impeccably clean, a rarity in Italy. Location, location, location. Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and staff in the breakfast were great and very friendly. The room was huge by European standards. Bathroom was very good with a large shower. Beds were really comfortable.

A perfect location in every sense. Easy to find and short distance from Rialto Bridge . The rooms were really comfortable , the roof terrace fabulous with its heaters and blankets for the chilly evenings and above all the staff were the best !
