I found the staff could not do enough for you, nothing was a problem to them. First class hotel we will return again one day.

Delicious breakfast. We were surprised this was not standard italian breakfast like sweet croussant but european standard breakfast with italian original food. Everything fresh and high quality. Omlette, pancakes and focaccia made on our order was exceptional. Service top quality and very helpfull.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and service was fantastic. Location was ideal. Would love to return here.

beautiful apartment in a quiet location but close to restaurants and bars. apartment has everything you could possibly require for your stay. if we return to Venice we will definitely book this apartment again

Maurizio was so welcoming! We loved the hotel, it was beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. Very quiet at night. The beds were really comfortable! It had a roof top lounge area which was fabulous to see the city. We appreciated the prosecco gift and the yummy cakes. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here in the New World room. Check-in was very easy - you'll come to the outside door and press the doorbell and the staff will buzz you in and meet you at the next doorway which is about a floor up. The room was by far the most spacious and pleasant that we had in Italy. The shower/tub was also a surprise because the bathrooms we had prior to this stay only had small showers. I appreciated that we got both shampoo and conditioner (which smell amazing, honestly would like to know where I can buy it!), as some of our prior stays only provided a shampoo/body wash combo. Breakfast was delicious and had croissants, meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereal, and hard-boiled eggs. Sunil made coffee to order as well and it was very good (and appreciated, as coffee in Venice is more expensive than we found in other cities). In the breakfast area (but accessible at all hours) is a water machine with room temp, cold, and sparkling water. The best part of the stay was the staff who were incredibly accommodating. Our best meal we had in Venice was at the recommendation of Sunil - the Osteria Bancogiro, which has beautiful views of the Grand Canal. Barbara arranged for us to take a water taxi back to the airport and was very responsive to my messages. I planned our trip fairly meticulously, but it sounds like if you want some guidance on where to go that Barbara can help you out. The hotel is well-situated for sightseeing. Although it was recommended that we take transport from the train station to the hotel, we ended up walking as we didn't have that much luggage. It was doable but not the most comfortable thing as there are so many bridges with steps to carry your luggage instead of rolling. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay to end our trip and I hope we will come back to Venice and enjoy this place again soon!
