Very hospitable hosts, you feel truly welcome. On New Year's Eve we received a pleasant holiday surprise from the owners. The rooms are cozy (I especially liked the abundance of wonderful paintings). The location is very convenient, especially for those arriving by public transport from the airport.

Staff was very nice and welcoming ! Made efforts to speak french and accommodate us in the best way. The boat tour we did with them (they have a partnership with a company) was great and they were very attentive even when we stayed just one night ! Thanks again !

My husband and I are on our honeymoon ard Italy and we spent 3 days 2 nights here and absolutely loved it. The location was fantastic. It is close enough to the central but not so close until you lose privacy. I love that it felt like we were in our own quiet private little piece of paradise. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were all so very kind and attentive. The GM Luana is wonderful, helpful and so very sweet. To add icing on the cake, the team surprised us with a card, balloon, wine and fresh fruits as a welcome/ happy honeymoon gift. It was a really thoughtful gesture and added such an extra personal touch. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family/ friends and would come back again .

The flat is right in the heart of Venice. It s a really nice place on the canal with a great view. The owner is a little difficult. We had some problems with the heat but in the end he accepted to take measures. I ve given a 10 for the great location, great city and for the nice apartament. I hope the owner learnes to be more kinder with his customers. Best regards,
