Staff were fantastic and very kind. The area is a great place to stay to still have total access to the center of Venice and still be out of the major noise areas. They were extremely nice and made me feel right at home.

Very cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Despite the fact that the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the bus station it is located in a quite and beatiful place. Our room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the canal. The room was clean and nice.
