The location is great just off Plaza San Marco, and has the old world charm and character of the area in the hotel. Beautiful room comfortable bed and clean throughout. The choice at breakfast is second to none and served in a room so ornate, you feel like you're in a different time.

Everything was just perfect! We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite and were amazed by the room. From our window, we could see small canals, and the building has preserved its original architecture, beautifully decorated to match. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast room is equally stunning. Be sure to enjoy a drink prepared by Carlos—you won’t regret it!

Even though the hotel is located on one of the central touristic streets, there is no noise in the room at all.

The hotel was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, there was only one inconvenient little thing – the tap water was never cold, always tepid, not very good for drinking. The location was excellent too, we walked almost everywhere and managed to see a lot in only three days, including the Christmas market in Mestre (we took a bus there). The breakfast was great and, after asking, they even prepared a breakfast box for the last morning since we had to check out before breakfast started. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
