It was close to the Piazza San Marco and a lot of things to visit. We had a great variety of delicios restaurants near the hotel. The staff was excellent, always there to help you.

very conveniently located on the main water front of Venice. we had a lovely view of the bay.
the hotel was elegant and immaculate.
we had a free breakfast which we didn’t even realise and they didn’t charge us for any extras.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It’s very well equipped and had a beautiful interior. The location is perfect for visiting the Biennale, everything is within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended, we would love to come back!

Beautiful, well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment. It is in a quiet area, yet close to the canal, via Garibaldi, restaurants and the main attractions are in walking distance. The host, Vanni was extremely nice and helpful. I had an accident during our stay and had to go to the ER. Vanni accompanied me to the hospital and helped me through the whole procedure, I cannot be grateful enough! After my accident he checked on us daily, offered us his help.

Our stay has been incredibly amazing. First we were greeted by Gian who is so friendly and gave me a bottle of Prosecco because we arrived on my birthday. We will definitely be back again. Great room and service. Location was also perfect being close to the Piazza San Marco. We hope to be back again in October.
