breakfast is absolutely fantastic. not just the food (and the excellent coffee served to the table), but the room as well. I sat on the "balcony" overlooking the canal with a perfect cappuccino and brioche. heaven. the room was also wonderful, as well as the good location.

I looked at almost every hotel in Venice in their price range and this one, so close to San Marco Square (3min walk) is by far the best you can get at this moment. The classical Italian style of Casa Verardo is awesome! Hotel rooms look beautiful and are clean, same goes for the bathroom. The staff was very polite and helped us with everything. We arrived way too early for check-in to ask if we could store our luggage, the staff went out of their way to check if our appointed room was cleaned and ready, lucky for us this was the case and we got the key right away and they escorted us to our room. Breakfast was very good as well with much variety and delicious things to eat, Here the staff was very nice as well serving coffee to your table and having a lovely chat. After check out we were allowed to store our luggage, bags got labeled and stored. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it's well worth the money.

Our stay has been incredibly amazing. First we were greeted by Gian who is so friendly and gave me a bottle of Prosecco because we arrived on my birthday. We will definitely be back again. Great room and service. Location was also perfect being close to the Piazza San Marco. We hope to be back again in October.
