The best hotel that I have visited in Europe yet (I have quite a broad experience). Charming antique interiors with modern equipment. All is clean, and all is envisaged in the bathroom, including slippers, vanity kit, lotion and sanitary bags. The location is perfect.

Vanni arranged to meet us personally and then took us to the apartment just a few minutes away. He showed us the facilities and explained how everything worked so it made the start of our holiday very easy. He also kindly provided a replacement coffee maker and another kitchen item very promptly.
Communication with him was very easy and he always responded very quickly and positively, which we really appreciated.
We can highly recommend the apartment and Vanni as an excellent host.

Our stay has been incredibly amazing. First we were greeted by Gian who is so friendly and gave me a bottle of Prosecco because we arrived on my birthday. We will definitely be back again. Great room and service. Location was also perfect being close to the Piazza San Marco. We hope to be back again in October.
