My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at the Casa Verardo hotel and we’d highly recommend it to other travellers. The hotel is conveniently situated only five minutes away from the San Marco square and the San Zaccaria vaporetto station. It was therefore easy for us to quickly reach the heart of city while also being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the somewhat remote street, where the hotel is located. The whole place has a charming atmosphere and the interiors are beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental, with sufficient choice of sweet and savoury foods, including some gluten-free pastry as well. I especially have to commend the hotel staff who were all incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed, including allowing us to keep our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out. We look forward to coming back at some point for sure!

I’ve been to many 5 star hotels around the world, but I have never seen such amazing staff! Thank you so much Ivan, Marco, Cristina, Ana and all other beautiful people whose name I don’t know. We loved the location of the hotel, very nice breakfast and the beautiful interior design of the place. I would definitely recommend it. We are already dreaming of going back.

Beautiful, well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment. It is in a quiet area, yet close to the canal, via Garibaldi, restaurants and the main attractions are in walking distance. The host, Vanni was extremely nice and helpful. I had an accident during our stay and had to go to the ER. Vanni accompanied me to the hospital and helped me through the whole procedure, I cannot be grateful enough! After my accident he checked on us daily, offered us his help.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location—within walking distance of all the main attractions, with restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to access and beautifully maintained, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The owner, Vanni, was incredibly kind and helpful. He stayed in touch, offered great tips, and really made sure we were taken care of. You really couldn’t ask for more!
When we return to Venice, we’ll definitely want to stay at Vanni’s place again!
